When you place an order, the order is "locked-in" to our warehouse queue with many hundreds of orders. We are not physically able to retrieve/change items in orders. This is because your parcel is likely already packed in a box, wrapped on a pallet with multiple orders and about to be loaded onto an articulated truck with many other pallets.
